The robotic adventure of Hotel Monville began in March 2018 with the arrival of H2M2, a delivery robot<\/strong> as charming as it is innovative. Its name pays tribute to two inspirations: the iconic R2-D2<\/span><\/span> from Star Wars<\/em> and the initials of Hotel Monville<\/strong>. Designed by the California-based company Savioke<\/span><\/span>, this smart little robot quickly became the symbol of the hotel\u2019s technological commitment<\/strong>, as Hotel Monville was the first hotel in Canada to integrate a robot into its room service operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In January 2026<\/strong>, H2M2 received a major upgrade<\/strong>. Enter the FlashBot by Pudu Robotics<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong>, distributed in Quebec by Fractal Solutions Robotiques<\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/strong> More powerful and more versatile, it now offers between two and four delivery compartments<\/strong>, compared to just one for its predecessor. This evolution reflects the hotel\u2019s ongoing commitment to pushing the boundaries of customer service.<\/p>\n

Today, H2M2 is far more than a gadget or a technological curiosity, it embodies the DNA of Hotel Monville<\/strong>: a property firmly focused on innovation and excellence.<\/p>\n

H2M2’s mission is to bring orders directly to the rooms in record time<\/strong>. Whether delivering housekeeping items, food for meetings or group activities, H2M2 is always ready to serve with remarkable efficiency and precision.<\/p>\n

Available for room service Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 10:30 and on weekends from 7:00 to 12:00, this loyal robot works tirelessly to satisfy the needs of the hotel’s guests.<\/strong><\/p>\n
