What time is check-in and what time is check-out?
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. If you wish to check-out after 12pm, our fee is $40 + taxes per hour until 4pm (upon availability of the hotel). As of 4pm, the full rate of the night will be charged. A security deposit of $100 will be taken on arrival.
Can I cancel my reservation?
If you would like to cancel a refundable reservation, the cancellation policy is up to 24 hours prior to arrival. However, for all cancellations made after that delay, the first night of your reservation will be automatically charged on your credit card. We can refuse the modification if the delay is past.
Can I cancel a prepaid reservation?
If your reservation is prepaid non-refundable, you may cancel your reservation but you will not be refunded. Therefore, the payment of your entire stay will be taken. No cancellation or changes are possible regardless the circumstances.
What is your currency policy and do you accept U.S. Dollars?
Our currency is Canadian dollars. Yes, we do accept U.S dollars as well. The exchange rate will be the daily one and a surcharge will be added for the transaction.
Is Hotel Monville a non-smoking hotel?
Yes, Hotel Monville is 100% a non-smoking hotel. Please note there is a penalty fee of $2000 for smoking in the room.
Do you offer parking? If yes, what is policy?
Yes, we offer valet parking for $38 + taxes per night. For the electric vehicle charging station, there is an additional charge of $10 + taxes (for 24 hours of charging). We also offer valet day-use parking at $28 + taxes per day.
*Please note the information and restrictions: Secure underground valet parking | Vehicles with studded or 4 seasons tires are prohibited | The hotel only accepts vehicles with winter tires.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, we have 60 connecting rooms as well as 27 reduced mobility rooms. Please note that it is only upon request and availability, therefore please contact the hotel directly for the needed arrangements.
Are you a pet-friendly hotel?
Yes, Hotel Monville is a pet-friendly hotel and the pet fee is $55 + taxes, per pet, per day. A bowl and a bed for your pet are included in the option. An additional gift is offered for 2 nights or more at the hotel. Subject to availability.
Do you have rollaway beds, and if yes, what is the policy?
Only our suites can accommodate a rollaway bed at an additional fee of 60$ plus taxes per night from ages 11 years old and above. We can also provide a crib in each of our rooms for free. Therefore, they are provided upon availability, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Do you serve breakfast at the hotel? If yes, what are the opening hours?
Yes, our Monème restaurant offers a full breakfast menu, available weekdays from 6:30 am to 10:30 am and weekends from 7 am to 12 pm.
Do you have a bar at the hotel? If yes, what are the opening hours?
Yes, Bar Monème is happy to welcome you Tuesday to Saturday from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
As you have a robot room service, what is the schedule if I want order something?
Our robot, H2M2 is happy to serve you Monday to Friday 6:30am to 10:30am and Saturday and Sunday 7:00am to 12:00pm.

What are your sustainable actions?
Hotel Monville is part of the Greater Montreal Hotel Association’s Sustainable Development project. This collaborative project aims to support participating hotels in implementing best practices in sustainable development. To finance this project, Hôtel Monville has set up a sustainable fee. Visitors’ contribution to sustainable development represents 0.5% of accommodation charges, i.e., rates for overnight stays, before taxes. They do not apply to other charges and services (drinks, food, etc.).
