In January 2026, H2M2 received a major upgrade. Enter the FlashBot by Pudu Robotics, distributed in Quebec by Fractal Solutions Robotiques. More powerful and more versatile, it now offers between two and four delivery compartments, compared to just one for its predecessor. This evolution reflects the hotel’s ongoing commitment to pushing the boundaries of customer service.
