Dear travelers,

While we cannot wait to welcome you back, times have changed and so have we.

In light of the ever-changing situation with regards to COVID-19, we have a duty of care to our guests, visitors, and staff to ensure a safe and healthy environment. Like the rest of the hospitality industry, we are currently following all procedural advice from OMS, Health Canada and the Ministère de la Santé et des Service sociaux and are adjusting our operations as the situation evolves.

Below you will find the specifics on how we are planning to keep you, and our space, safe.

A stay fully flexible

In this current environment, we recognize plans can change, so we have updated our policy, so your travels are as worry-free as possible. We have introduced new flexible booking conditions for all future bookings giving you the freedom and peace of mind to make changes if you need to.

If you have made your reservation through an online reservation agency or any other partner, please contact them to modify or cancel your reservations.

Cleanliness above all

Cleanliness has always been a top priority and we are committed to providing you with the cleanest hotel. As such, we have made the following changes to our operations:

  • Deep clean of rooms and frequently touched items to be cleaned with antibacterial disinfectant + aeration between guests
  • We have enhanced our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high touch common areas including the front desk, door handles, handrails, and elevator buttons
  • Hand sanitizer will be visible and readily available throughout the hotel
  • We’ve issued guidance and COVID-19 training to our teams on the ground
  • Due to federal and provincial legislation, it is prohibited to enter an occupied room, therefore no cleaning will be carried out during your stay

A contactless experience

Whilst our front desks will be operational (behind with protective screens) we are trying to ensure that contact is kept to a minimum.

  • We encourage all individual guests to check-in online on their smartphone or using our self-check-in kiosks (Check-in/out, payment, keys, you can do everything with our kiosks)
  • We will be practicing social distancing – new signage will guide you through the hotel. Keep an eye open for our stickers on the floor
  • In need of a tidy up? Housekeeping will be available upon request, so you know who has been in your room, and when
  • Even our yoga sessions are now offered online, we do not forget mental health
  • (To come) Craving room service? Our robot H2M2 will be dropping in front of your room your order
